Stars and Strikes Uses TeamSnap
Stars & Strikes is run by Elkridge Youth Organization (EYO). It is Maryland's largest travel baseball tournament. From 8U to 18U, teams compete on fields across Howard County, Maryland for the coveted title of Stars and Strikes Champion. To provide the best experience possible, we have partnered with Team Snap to bring you the most up to date information. Teams must use Team Snap to register and download the app to get all the news, latest updates, and results.

Registration Age Groups
The tournament will include each of the following age groups. Players must be the same age as their age group on May 1st of the calendar year to qualify.

Tournament Pricing
8U - 11U $800
11U - 18U $880
Game balls and umpires will be provided for all games. 2 umpires will officiate all 12U - 18U games, and 1 umpire will officiate all 8U - 11U games.
Tournament Structure
2 pool play games will be played by each team. Teams will either play one game on Friday and Saturday or two games on Saturday. Draws will be dependent on a team's proximity to the tournament location. The single elimination tournament will begin on Sunday, once all pool play games have completed. Seeding for the single elimination tournament will be based on team ranking from the two pool play games.

Games
The 3 game guarantee is subject to weather. Our inclement weather refund policy details when refund disbursement.
Inclement Weather
Teams will receive a 70% refund if all games are cancelled due to inclement weather. A 20% refund will be issued if only one game is played. No refund will be disbursed if two or more games are played.

TOURNAMENT HQ
Rockburn Branch Park - East
This is home base for the Stars and Strikes tournament. Operations will run from the pavilion clubhouse. The four fields at this location will be used during the tournament. Access to this site is off of Landing Road.
Field Locations
Most games will be played at Rockburn Branch Park and surrounding Elkridge and Ellicott City fields. Howard County Recreation and Parks' fields will be used, as will many local school fields. For a full list of fields, click the button below to access our fields page.
