Attached for your convenience is a PDF file of the tournament rules for the 2025 Stars & Strikes tournament. If any changes occur in the rules between now and the tournament start date, an updated copy will be mailed to the coaching staff.

Required Forms

Submit through TeamSnap

Teams will still need to submit an Official Roster and Certificate of Insurance (COI) through their TeamSnap account. The roster and COI can be submitted any time between your registration date and the roster lock date (May 21st).

Additional Insured for Required Team Insurance Policy

In order to participate in the Maryland Stars & Strikes Memorial Day Tournament, theElkridge Youth Organization must be listed as an additional insured on your team’s currentinsurance policy. Please use the information below to secure this requirement.

Waivers & Process

Waivers are required for each player

An invite to join the team will be sent out by email once coaches add players to their roster. The invite will be sent to the email address provided for each player. Players' parents must then accept the invitation, fill out the player details, and sign the waiver form. Rosters will only be official once all waivers have been signed.
